Ancient Emblem and Ring Engraving

So as we've seen with the new cosmo packs, they frequently give ancient emblems use for two levels of ring engraving. The second level of new ring engravement which requires three Ancient Emblem's, says it has a chance of adding 1-2 stats. My question is, has anyone actually got 2 stats added, or is it another pwi typo? Screenshots of rings with 2 added stats not speculation please and thankyou.

friend has one with two stats, its two of the bad ones though. there is a 5% chance to get two stats

I've heard as well that it's a 5% chance, which would translate into and 20:1 chance. I know a few ppl in my server who have rolled 20x, and surely 100s of other rolls since this has been available, yet no one in server with 2 stats. Either the odds aren't 5% or it just doesn't happen. Screenshots of 2 please

Technically incorrect. Each time you do the engraving process, you have a 5% chance of getting 2 adds on the ring. These odds don't combine as you make more, meaning that every time you re-do a ring, you have a 95% chance of getting only one stat.

I think it's 19:1 chance. If the chance would be 1% it would be 99:1 chance. Or maybe I'm wrong. :-)

Vietxtcguy on lost city has +11 strength and +10 dex on one of his rings.

A friend of mine on the HT server showed me that they rolled once and got 2 stats. Their first and only time. However; they got 2 of the crappiest stats. Pdef -(something)% and Wood Dmg Reduction of 3%. I saw it with my own eyes, but because it wasn't my ring I did not screen shot it. I think the odds of this happening the first and only time they did it was very very rare.

Right now the emblems are too much for even the smallest cash shopper to afford in any mass. Which pretty much leaves out the non-csing community. I am hoping once the new wears off that the price of them will go down.

Since you started this thread, I am wondering though how much they are on every server? In HT I've seen them from 2 mil to 7 mil. Depending on the method of trying to obtain them. The regular cash shoppers trying to buy them or someone who is just trying to make a quick buck etc...

I wonder how hard that was? At the current price on HT server, it would cost you the amount of a +10 vit stone to reroll stats more than 2 times. I also have to wonder what this is going to do to the price of all the rings. If people treat them with pricing the same way as the stones.. a ring with a +10 vit added would be 30 mil at the least.

You're right, was just a quick estimate 100/5-1=19, anyways 19:1 is better odds than 20:1, so doesn't effect the lack of 2 stat rings.

Not my point.

I am stating that the number of times you roll has no effect and can't accurately show a percentage like that. You aren't guaranteed that one out of every twenty rolls will give you 2 stats. Instead, you can guarantee that when you roll one, you have a 95% chance of getting 1 stat, and 5% of getting 2. Those odds reset for every single ring you roll.

Yes no lies LV a toon to atleast lv5 buy a tele WTB Ancient Emblem, get replies of 70-200k each, or simply make a lv1 brand new toon and watch world chat for a bit 'WTS Ancient Emblem 70k, 120k, 180k' hell even Cosmos the fairy Unicorn is 40m (sum have sold for 80-90m but u can find it for 40m) and yes like Kritty said DW is nothing but Cash players u may find maybe 1/10 players that play the game as intended, the other 9 are catshops. b:angry damn arch lag.

--when it comes about chances in pwi you have to add a lot zeros in front of a number .. 0.0000007% chance b:laugh (you don't know which is the real percentage in server and may vary from patch to patch ( even the fb bosses doesnt drop anymore at same rate like in 2008 -its worse )
--when it comes about a price you have to add the same amount of zeros after that number .. 70000000 coins b:laugh

i prefer the 2008 pwi not this version lol im glad i dont have 100+ chars to start crying for some items which i never heard of them or from where to get them :0 (after visiting the reshaping,remodelling or whatever forges)

I see people trying to buy for 200k an I see people selling for 5-6 mill on dreamweavers...so not sure how you got those half baked figures...

If so Ill buy everyone of them for sale just give cords....I repeat buying everyone of them under 500k that u can find.

he has -3% Wood damage Reduction and -1% pdef
I could ask him to link it again to screen shot it tomorrow but I dont really care about it that much to do so.

ello' dumbass heres a few cords of all shops selling them (NOT BUYING) not rocket science to pay attention to world chat and look around in shops, as said before DW is the biggest cashwhore server in the history of PWE, meaning we get way more ancient emblems (items) a lot easier then the other servers, example RT may get a total of 1m emblems thru-out entire server, resulting in it being a rarity so therefore prices are **** high, now DW we prolly get 10m emblems, we intensify the hell outta everything, every shop in arch will be selling these emblems soon, therefore not so rare, and as Leader of a TWing Faction (Emergence) we have a high lv guild base and a few of our members have successfully reforged to Awaken gears and also spend merit on Emblems (which btw if purchased from base they are still able to be traded thru-out the server) again resulting in a overly high abundance of the said Item

Its just people trying to capitalize on the rich while they can. As I said before, give it time the price will go down. The more supply, the less demand. They need to realize that it would just be cheaper to buy a +10 vit stone than to roll rings at this point and not many people want to do it that way.

Ummm one of those shops listed as selling is mine rofl, and never have i sold or bought any from it. And there's never any in shops, only place im getting them is from WC for minimum 1m, and there definitely isn't an overabundance of them on DW.

As Krit stated, it's a 5% chance PER roll to get 2 adds. The odds to get it is 1 in 20 rolls basically, but that is the statistical numbers. There's no guarantee of it due to chance. It's just like rolling a Tier 2/3 Nirvana weapon.

lol Maybe, the freely available supply of them on Dreamweaver for sale, may be indicative of the amount of fail's to get any decent stats on engraving - thus sell for quick coin.
