Help with bugged craftsman skill

So far I've
- done the quest for the book & learned it at the elder
- crafted 10 lots of arrows
- learned crafting level 2 at the elder.

But now it won't left me craft the level 2 items. I look in my skill list under craftsman and it says Craftsman Skill Level 1, Mastery Level 0/10. I try to manufacture level 1 items but they no longer increase my mastery. It's like I'm stuck in some weird limbo between levels.

Has anyone seen this problem before and is there a fix for it?

    wit Craftman Level 2 you have to craft the Level 2 Items to get Experience

    The above respondent didn't read what you wrote. You did the quest, saw the elder but the change to your crafting level didn't go through properly. You can't make Level 2 items because it won't let you. I would put in a ticket on this to Customer Support in the Technical section. They will help you.

    Crafting arrows does not add points to your Mastery.

    Problem sorted! Nice spotting my bad assumption there aithne. I tried to level up craftsman at the same time that I levelled up Apothecary so I obviously didn't notice that levelling up craftsman actually failed. One noob mistake on top of another :)
