Hai,

OOO Clawzer mobs do not drop anything, not even the usual handfull of coins.
Do you think this is a bug, someone forgot to add a drop table for em? or intentional?

Seems kinda pointless to kill mobs that don't drop anything, can't even offset repair costs with cost of selling drops.

Since they are kinda crabs I think they should drop crab meat lol

Before going necro, i'll bump this up.

Why does those crabs and sirens with them have no drops whatsoever ?

It's for us not to grind them ? I mean, hello....They are in water, it's so easy to "run" and rack them up to AoE them (sarcasm)

Also, every mob on the list for the new justice quest have no drops. We get 6 to choose from, but they give nothing drop wise..And when I got my reputation from it, got a big 2...woohoo..

I do admit, they "tried" to give us lvl 100+ something else to do as the justice + cs down there is a easy 1 mil exp for those who dont like running cube or fc'ing.

Just wished a couple more quests would appear there.. what's taht 35 hp flying thing ? What's that portal looking thing in the air..The chain till Virtue boss was fun to do. All in all it was a nice add, nothing spectacular, but at least something different..

But no drops at all from the 2 new water mobs and the 4 others we can choose for Justice ? Come on...
Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle

Some drops need to be added. If you kill 60 mobs and don't have things to cover the repair cost, this will get old fast. I only tried it once to see what it was like, won't be doing this until the mobs pay for my repair cost. I pay 31k to get the quest, on top i get another 20~40k repair bill. In 20 days i have lost 1m easily.

Cube runs pay for themselves, BH drops pay for repairs, the rewards are good (usually mysterious chip or mysterious chip to choose from b:chuckle). If the mobs dropped enough things to cover the cost, i wouldn't mind paying 31k for the exp i get. But for that much money, i am better off saving in the long run.

Seems to be a bit of a theme. The last dungeon they added had no drops either.

This upsets me also. I recently started doing the JQs daily to help level my archer, and while I expected nothing but a paltry amount of coins from the PQ mobs I did not think they would have implemented new mobs that didn't even drop coins. I generally do the JQs for clawzers or sirens every day since that gives the highest amount of exp, and would like to see this changed. For all other levels you are given choices of mobs that give drops and it makes it more worth your while, like grinding that gives a bit more exp.

Bad enough that this is only a once-per-day thing unlike the other levels of JQ. But at least give us some drops on the non-PQ mobs.

Considering that the teleport cost is 10k, my assumption was that the whole point of the new area was to be a coin sink. When I realized the mobs weren't dropping anything, that kind of confirmed it for me.

I guess it's a good idea, but it seems rather pointless if Packs are still as hot as ever. Perhaps on the other non-Pack-crazy versions of the game the new area is serving as an effective coin sink, but probably not on our servers.

A few teleport fees and JQ/CS quests won't do anything to deflate the CN/MY economies (gold farmers/duped trillions). And as you mentioned, packs here..... so yeah......

Obvious attempt at coin sink, but also rather obviously useless. Other than a pretty new town to look at or some laughs watching crabs WALK in water not much of a benefit to the "game" as most people play it now.

BTW What the hell is with the crabs walking underwater? If you can't add a swimming animation just use a skin that already has one, they look hilarious (or was that intended? devs got a sense of humor?).

    Let's recap..

The good and bad of that new town :

    The good :

A new justice quest that gives good exp and a new cs that also gives good exp. Both together they give more exp then marriage quest at lvl 101, and even more then a succesful cube run at that level. Exp/Spirit, no complains to have their, at all.. Some just hate FC (Like me) and will gladly pay 10k to teleport down there and 72500 for a cs and 10k to come back arch.

See it as you want, that's under 100k cost for over 1 mil exp/250k spirit or so. Hypers cost you more (5 would be 400k) and cube can cost a lot more (Depending rooms you get/Do Alls used etc...) So if you don't powerlevel, hate FC and don't want to spent a fortuen for exp, it's the perfect choice..

The new quest chain is actually fun to do and gives 180k coins at the end (adding to what u get while doing it)

    The Bad

Land mobs drop coins/DQ/Items, water mobs don't..Kinda weird if you ask me..

No new quests after the chain, a lot of NPC just there for nothing. Even the chain quest ends with NPC telling you "take a look around town"... teaser of things to come ? I don't know..

No Pup down there, no boutique agent, no auction house, I think no tailor (unless I missed her). Granted, it's in the middle of the "triangle" made by Tellus, Dreamweaver and RT which all have those "facilities" and it's not considered a major town...But still..

So how many people will go there each day ? Not sure..It needs a little added punch, nothing special, just drops from the mobs of Justice quest would entice people a bit more to go.

There's also nothing that's increased defense/life etc..they are all "normal".

With all that said : Nice try for giving us a new area to fiddle with, I will go once in a while..Nice going for giving us a better paying cs, a nice chain quest and Justice.

But some things feels rushed.. Didn't see a single mat either there to be digged. Reason for that is a bit unknown.. Maybe because it would have to be Special mats and people would go less to farm in Heaven/Hell ? Oh well..

Yea agree with a lot of what people have posted here.

Since my original post I have stopped doing the justice quests in the new town because as people have noted they just seem to be a coin sink (which I cannot afford).

    Shame.

Just a general question, but is there anyway we can get % chances put into the encyclopedia? That and maybe proc % chances. I'm not sure if you guys have any policy as to why you might not be allowed to add them, but it would sure help a ton if they were there.

Re-thinking about how you do business?

    Business ?

"Cheating Model" & "Blocking Model" of business... (in some ways with the blocking model).

Ok, so when are the rapture and uncanny crystals going in the cash shop?

Suppose the pack 'thing' is doing it for you but it only lasts so long.

What about your player's who are of "Cumulative Character" ? Hrmm...

I'd be thinking your Core Connect needs a tad bit of a nudge. ;-)

Time won't wake/make you wiser, but it will definitely wound you.

Your'e not very good at math are you? lol or not very good as using your hypers..... I avg about 4 mil exp in a run...... and if the squad isnt' jerking around at the big room mobs pullls..... i'll use 7.... 8 minutes on my hypers in a whole run (MOST of that IN the big room since everywhere else if your'e paying attention u can turn them on and off in like 5 seconds). now divide 60 minutes by that... and les avg it to 8 full runs for 5 hypers.

So 8 runs.. divide that 400k by 8..... 50K for 4 mil exp and u think hypers cost more? lmao

    l..

That's me. But even if you do like fcc, 100k for an extra mil xp doesn't seem to bad to me. What I find ironic is that mobs in fcc do drop coins but no one ever stops to pick those up. PWI is a work in progress, like most online games. Maybe the new area will grow in the future but I think the whole point of it for now is some easy xp for us 100+ ppl and really, at 100+, 100k isn't really that much coin.
