conection issues and ban

3 days ago, me and some friends got the same problem, got banned for using a proxy! but no one of us use proxy, we dont play on a banned region!!

i submited a ticket and suport ask me my region and etc... ok, but after 1 day i dont have aswer anymore, now still banned without any update, all other friends who got the same problem got unbanned and suport says "we have a issues with conection in your region but already solve and u got unbanned!! but forget me... i sended 2 tickets and no aswers!! i payed cash, wanna play before i got vacation and got banned by stupid problem with conection betwen pwi and my region!!

ticket 15049-322326 and 15049-321868... where is the respect?? its a easy problem to solve!! why not contact me ingame asking about conection, region and etc... u banned me before ask or investigate!! and now just forget me here banned...

ps. i submited a ticket before my friend, all got unbaned and me still here ><

    Friend of mine got banned for the same thing 3 weeks ago. Him, his friends, and myself have been sending in a ton of tickets in to get them to unban him. It's complete and utter **** because he only plays from home and thats all he's ever played from. It seems to be going around this stupid open proxy ban ****

    1.it takes more than a day.
    2.they also say dont have every tom,bob,and harry sending in tickets for the banned person.


    oct.3rd-10th i was banned due to a glitch on the site and they apologized,but each mail to get a reply took about 2 days,so plz show some respect because there are more out there than just you.


    and for the record i was perma banned...so yeah more of a issue.I couldnt even geton the site to make a ticket on any of my accounts and had to use customer support.
    This game is like washing hair with shampoo... Rinse and repeat if desired.

    Bans are not to be discussed on the forums. Wait for a response to your ticket, they will get back to you...it just might take a while
