Question about the trials

So we can do the trials three times a week. but does that mean its three times a week per player or three times a week per faction?

    but where exactly does it say this, the teleporter doesnt mention this and i cant find any info confirming it.

    A faction can complete the 9 trials three times per week, but you can attempt and fail them as many times as you like.
