Problem with client file or dont know what happened

whenever i run my client it check for update and after a very few seconds it replies update connetion server failed please try choosing another update server and when i run it by pressing start button it give me access but when i log in into my account and press start to play my client get hanged for lifetime dont know what really happened to it plz suggest me a solution ASAP please
