Weird Message when trying to start game

Hello all... just wanted to ask what this message means

Maybe someone can help me.. im using Windows 7 Home Basic (PWI doesnt run on Ultimate, dunno why) got the latest client version (updated it today) and im getting this weird message when i try to run the game (when pressing orange big START button).
