PWI 3 Year Anniversary page unavailable?

I went on the page to see the prizes I could get for the anniversary, as I'd taken a small break from PWI. The page was fine, and I could choose which character I wanted the prize for. I had a powercut so I wasn't able to send my prize to one of my characters, so I went on the page the next day and it says 'Service Unavailable, please check back later'.. I tried for the next few days and still the same thing.. should this be happening?

ya, unlike last year, they didn't leave the page up for people that weren't here. Lol a few months ago i found the page for te 2nd year one for somone who had a LONGGGGG break.
