Phoenix Nest Wedding Chapel Glitch

So today me and my in game husband had our wedding reception in the Phoenix Nest Chapel. Everyone picked up the beginning quest, and then it locked me into a room and the quest came up where they had to fight to get to me and protect me. The guys won. Then I picked up the 2 quests to dig 9 magnolias and 9 of the other flower and i did them and turned them in. Then it popped up for the exchange of the vowls. Then the 30k, 60k, 100k, popped up and said the guests could go to the feast table to summon the monsters to gain reputation. Everyone that we invited searched the who wedding instance, went upstairs nothing. There was 2 npc's. One to end the wedding, and one to purchase fireworks. Alot of people purchase fireworks and I even spent about 2m buying some myself. There was no npc or table to summon anything. Everyone we invited was dissapointed. Majorly me and my in game husband highly dissapointed. So I made him end the ceremony. He had nothing about rings or anything. We bought our packs with coins so we spent 75m coin to get married to turn around have a major dissapointment. I don't even know what to think, then to top it I submitted a ticket and when i went to view it there was no record of me submitting it. So I submitted it again. same thing. I ended up submitting the ticket 4 times and it still shows no record so now idk what to do so i came here to post this. if a gm can read this and help me i would appreciate it.
