Unable to connect to the server.

I can't log in to the game because whenever I enter my user and pass it says "Unable to connect to the server". I'm not sure if there has been an update lately but the newest update patch I could find was 569-574, and it says client is already in the same level of update. What I am doing wrong?

EDIT: I can't even verify it because my game client doesn't connect to the internet, you know how it has allt hese news about pwi in the middle, it says "this program cannot display the webpage" so I can't update it without manual patches and stuff, but it still always worked when you pressed the start button and played. This has nothing to do with the firt problem but I can't verify it due to this problem. I will accept answers to fix this too, I dunno if it will work tho. I really don't want to re-download the game, my internet usage will be doomed.

EDIT2: As usual, no replies, why did I expect more?

EDIT3: Ok, I re-downloaded the client and fixed the problem to the client not being able to connect to the internet and updated normally this time but it still says, unable to connect. WTF?

EDIT4: Verified and it still doesn't work, it keeps saying "unable to connect to the server" jeebus, someone please help.

EDIT5: Ehhh, I'm not gonna get any help will I....ehhhh.....*facepalm* I lost all hope that someone will suggest something for me to do.

ok, for starters, you posted this at 2:32A.M. server time. For those of us on the east coast, it was 5:32A.M.

Most of us were sleeping. Have some patience.

Second. It is blatantly obvious that something is preventing the client from accessing the internet. First check that your security software isn't blocking it.

If you want help beyond that, post some actual system information. Like you know, your Operating System, memory, system specs, network and internet specs.

Maybe even a copy of a traceroute to the game or patch servers.

THANK GOD, SOMEONE!!!!!!! Can you explain more about thoe stuff you said in the 3rd and 4th paragraph, I'm not a computer person. How do I check if my security thingamawhat is blocking it
