PWE prepaid card problem

hi I was just wondering why the card i bought which was "PWE Prepain Card" is not valid, i have tried different ways to type it, yet it always say its invalid. I bought it from a 7-eleven store. Thank you, hope to know the solution. and also i have waited for over 1 hour and tried again but still didnt workb:bye.
