Manufacturing at the Divine Order of Void?

Hi, I have plenty of Divine Honors of Shadow in my inventory. Have a bunch of Divine honors of Void as well collected from Divine contract rewards

However, when I look to manufacture something at the Void Emissary, I am not able to even though seemingly have the correct materials. Ie the bottom portion of the window shows the Shadow honors (ie 0/2) greyed out even though they are in my inventory. I do seem to be able to make stuff at the Shadow emissary though...

I have runecrafting lvl1, high tailor and apoth, 1 or 2 blacksmith. What am I missing or doing wrong at the Void emissary?

    Take those divine orders from your backpack and drag'n drop on place where it says 0/2. It'll then say it's 2/2 and you can manufacture.
