    Not obtainable in game but the GMs gave it to the PWIC champions in china.

    Just wait for it to come in a pack if you want it

    The description should tell you not. You're 100, you should be aware of the PWC. Sky Cover is almost identical and is obtainable to the meer mortals.

    hmm I just saw that there was three grades, so figured there was something in game to do.

    Why would I care about some pvp championship...im on a pvE server and never bothered reading about it.

    Yeah I have the sky cover ring...too bad it didn't have vit 10 on it...with engraving you could potentially have alot of vit...for a ring.
