How to get dragon points?

I wasn't sure where to post this topic, so I do it here.
It's about some items called "Ghost charm" which read "dragon points value: 10" but I can't find any NPC which exchanges such items for dragon points. The dragon director doesn't, the dragon herald offers other things very different than what I needed. So, the question is - how can I exchange these charms for dragon points?

Sell item with "dragon points value: ..." to any NPC to get Dragon Points.

ok, your account has a DQ point counter. when you sell a DQ item to ANY VENDOR like you would any other stuff for cash, your acct gets credited with those dq points.

to do something with them, like see how many you have or exchange them for an item, you would select the "community" tab right up top of this page 8D. go down to 3rd menu choice on right "dq rewards". that will take you to the dq reward page.

it is important that you watch what alt you send stuff to. some cant be swapped and none can be traded or auctioned (i wont mention the glitches , so everyone else shhhh too heh)

Hey guys.I have a problem with earning these DQ Points.Yesterday for example I had 161 points when I last logged out of the game.Today I sold maybe items that cost 50 DQ Points and when I checked in the site my points they were still staying 161.What I'm doing wrong? I sell them to any NPC in town and thats it,is it? Please help! No matter how many DQ items with points i sell they stay 161.b:shockedb:cry

It has been broken for a bit, I was going to get another event card because I ran out and charms are 8.5m+ on my server. I had to end up selling my stash of mirages to cover 2 charms over the last week. I figured i earned up enough dq to get another card, it has not moved in a while
