Guys my friend has been banned, hes from the US, but it says he account has been banned because hes accessing pwi from somewhere he shouldnt be, He tried contacting GMs by email and hasnt got a reply yet its been 3 days already and hes essential for us as hes a key member in all our ingame activities including tw so can u please help me on this, i really need help as soon as possible :x

Since it's currently weekend, your friend should wait until the end of next week before trying to email them again. Since banned accounts are not to be discussed of the forums, I'm closing this.
