    Pretty sure I read here on the forums a translation from Wanmei saying -0.1 int will be a possible add on for LA r8 pants.
    Either way though, best not to include those into gear calculations and such until they're implemented into at least the mother version.

    I don't agree here. Keep in mind that killing the bosses only represent like 5% of the time you spend in an instance. Gear and knowing what bosses do (and when) makes the biggest difference, not culti. You can calculate infinately about dps between both culties, but no matter how you put it, you're just looking at 10~15 sec per boss. You spend more time running and reaching mob count (where sage with dot build will save time over a demon hp/def build). So maybe they did calcs, but just useless figure throwing without any meaning.

    That example of cheze just shows that dps/aps is only a part of survivability. Most act like soloing is just running in with a spark-macro. But when bosses have nasty tricks, you will have to use skills for chi or to evade... making the whole "dps = survivability" irrelevant.

    Bottomline is, culti is just a personal choice. Same lvl with same budget, demon and sage can do pretty much the same. Both culties are pretty balanced imo. The 2 main reasons I find for ppl stating otherwise are : 1) They need to proove their culti is better (as if they can't accept the other is equally good but doesn't suit their playstyle), and 2) The current craze over aps that gives ppl wet pants even though they don't know why.

    It'll allow an extra -0.05 int that was never before possible. Look around you and tell me how many players you see with thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars pumped into this game? Money isn't an issue and this is a completely new possible aps level. R9 users can have 5aps sparked and barbs and BMs can now have 5aps base. Whether it'll truely make much of a difference DPS wise is debatable, but as Empu (and many others) have stated, the majority of PWI has an aps craze and will do anything they can to **** it.
    Yes, it'll be cost effective even if it costs 1bil coins.

    Not really. The only people I can see going for it are the kind who've had their 4 aps R9s for long enough to have amassed several billions of coin, with all of their refines and sharding done.
    PWI has proven that ANYTHING can be acquired rather quickly with enough $$$.

    Ironic, as the only thing that they have not put in the Boutique is everything relating the Faction Base. And as far as we know, the recasts will be gotten from the Faction Base.

    And what we've seen PWE care about Faction Base, I wouldn't be so hopeful.

    And besides, they still haven't put R9 for Earthguards in. Well, every week that passes without it changing, I get giggles because I called it and was told "Yeah but they got it in China, no problem!"

    I give them 3 months after it's released in PWI before they offer the mats for cash in some way.

    I'll be aiming for 5.0 r9 sin after getting -int on r8 chest/boots to make my barb 5.0 sage. In any case we'll see what happens with r8 armor recasts and if I get lucky or not. I personally don't see any sin managing to get 2 -ints on boots but never know.

    The recast r8/r9 have been put into the pwd (in their Chinese names), as well as their percentages on getting attributes.

    -int can only be obtained on R8 chests and boots, as confirmed. Others can still be speculated.

    For LA R8 chest,
    Chance of 1 x -.05 int = 4.28% : 1 in 23 chance
    Chance of 2 x -.05 int = .064% : 1 in 1566 chance
    Chance of 3 x -.05 int = .0003% : 1 in 314,810 chance

    For LA/HA R8 boots,
    Chance of 1 x -.05 int = .45% : 1 in 223 chance
    Chance of 2 x -.05 int = .0007% : 1 in 148,370 chance
    Chance of 3 x -.05 int = .00000034% : 1 in 296,296,296 chance

    So in summary: You'll be rolling a perfect G15 Nirvana dagger (GoF, -0.05 interval, +130 max patk) a few times over before you ever get the magical 5 aps R9.

    Oh, and besides, there's the thing that those recasts are supposed to require mats from the Faction Base, which happens only what, once a week? And considering that, we have problems: It's not cost effective nor is it time efficient.

    So, in summary: it'll be like Warsoul. One or two people will end up with it, the rest will just ignore it.
