Updating issue..

Hello ! I can not update PWI..the update stops at console_cmd.txd then after a while it a new window pops up and it tells me this : "File download appears error . Retry".Btw my current version is 484.
I tried to manualy update the game.. but it said "Update server connection failed".
I ran it as admin but it still dosen't work..I think it's because i am using Windows Vista.. when i was using Windows XP i didn't get errors.Anyway i don't want to use XP again.

Hello! You need to download china codepage and update will work again!
http://download.microsoft.com/download/winceplatformbuilder/patch/1.0/wce/en-us/codepage.exe
Run that and extract the files, inside there's a file called "CHINAS.ZIP", extract that one and run the .BAT file inside it.
