Bug in Cube of Fate?

I was killed in the Cube today and that is was happend:

The Message only disappears when I relog.

    it happened 2 times to me that: i was killed in "world" and when i respawn i got the message stuck [so i still had it], and was ported into the cube room 1, ALIVE

    2nd time this happened i know for sure i was in FC [a few days ago] got killed by the 1st boss, and when i released,i was ported into room one of cube of fate
    so yeah, whats up with this? :\

    PPS: both time this happened after [same day] i`ve been doing CoF,and finishing it [room 50]
