Manufacture Skill Boxes 1/2 Price Sale- Questions

Seeing that PW has Manufacture Skill Boxes on half price sale in the boutique, is the 15 gold likely to be recovered by using the gained skills? Setting aside the utility of using the skills for items for ones own use, what about credit earning potential.
For instance, if one (level 80ish) buys the tailor Manufacture Skill Boxes and gets to say level 6 or 7, would the new gained ability to decompose armor drops to various stones have the potential to recover the cost fairly soon?
Another question, which skill has the best potential to create income? (apoth, tailor, blacksmith, crafting)

No and no and no and no and no ... (you get the drift, right?)
The books are highly overpriced. I've got all manufacts at lvl 7 and I probably spent less than 15 Gold doing so. As for level 8 manufacts:
For Blacksmith, there's only TT100, which is mostly useless nowadays
For Apothecary, there's only Attack and Defense Charms, which have limited usefulness
For Tailor, there's two pairs of lvl 105 mold armors, but the molds don't exist anywhere in the game
For Craftsman, there's nothing that requires lvl 8 Craftsman
If you actually spend the 15 Gold on them, don't expect to ever make it back. Well, I suppose if you join a faction that owns the territories where you can make lvl 7 apos, you could make it back very slowly. Where "very slowly" means you'd have to farm several thousands of the herbs and turn those into several hundreds of the potions and sell all of them.
You see, the quests aren't really that expensive. There's like 30% chance to make each of the 2* items, so preparing enough mats to make 4 of each should get you all of the items. And trust me, it's a lot cheaper than buying the boxes, even for Blacksmith, where you're talking about needing tons of Colored Glue and Reinforced Leather.I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. So it sounds like the only value here is the old time vs gold thing. If you can't be bothered to do the required leg work to earn the skills the normal way, and if that amount of gold puts no appreciable dent in your purse, then it may be worth it, but for most of us, not worth it.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Well, to put it in perspective: On sale, the boxes cost 15 Gold. That comes to about 20,000,000 per skill. I've got all of my manufactures 7 or 8 and I can quite confidently say I haven't spent even 10m on each of those. In fact, the only one where I think I might've even come close to 10m is Blacksmith.
So really, the only thing the boxes do is it cuts out the chase for the rarer mats. But you have to ask yourself whether it'd actually affect anything, if you could just WC to get the mats in a reasonable timeframe for a lot less?I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. Unless you are planning to stick with the game for upwards of several years... you are never going to recover what you put into leveling up crafting skills. No one really charges anyone else to craft stuff... and decomp to make/sell chi stones is a joke. Most people do it cause they like to see their name on other people's gear. I do it for the convenience and the fact that I won't see anyone else's name on my gear.1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.
3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.
