New problem with Jone's Blessing?

I got ticket through the mail, but it didn't turn automatically to jonnes blessing 30 att.lv. Do any1 same problem?

I tried relog and sent new1, nothing works

    Judging by the size of your quest tracker, your quest list is probably full. The tickets will only turn into a usable blessing when you have room for a quest.
