Closing threads you cannot be bothered to provide adequate response to

You know, when I first raised a thread to request perfectly reasonabe information regarding who the GM's are, how many there are, on which servers and their hours of availability and correct communication procedure, I really didnt expect much co operation or response.

What I dont appreciate is having the thread closed by a forum moderator with a simple, "raise a ticket or pm frankie"

Thats pathetic I am sorry.
First I want the information made available in a public place for ALL players not on an individual basis.
Second it is not a ticket issue, apparently the system is clogged with petty and useless tickets as it is, whay add more that should be addressed by other means,
Lastly... pm frankie?? are you serious??
What server is he on, when i will be able to find him, and will I get a response?

Given the likelihood of that working.. stop being a child and closing a thread simply because you dont have answers or cannot be bothered to progress a simple and reasonable request.

I dont appreciate your tantrum and ignorance of a valid concern and issue.

    There are regulations the company must follow, even on forums. One whiny brat spamming threads won't change that. If you wish to contact an employee of PWE, you need to go through the proper procedures, or they will ignore every single thing you say, and only acknowledge the rules you're breaking by QQing about it so much.

    c'mon this is just a game not project manhattan.

    There is an oficial thread presenting the mods somewhere, why the gms can't do something similar?

    Just putting in the info they want/can put.

    serously .... this is a valid thread. or the other one that was locked i guess...... I wouldnt' mind knowing how to f'ign get ahold of a GM right away if i ever needed one right away..... u know..... LIKE ON OTHER GAMES.....

    Since the f'ing useless live chat dont' work, the GM button (that USED to do JUST that) doesnt' even do shet anymore, hell u say you're stuck THEY DONT" EVEN BOTHER GETTING ON THE SERVER TO MOVE YOU. I"VE BEEN STUCK THREE TIMES FOR AN HOUR WAITING CAUSE TOWN PORTAL WASNN'T READY.. (and that was in TT 3-1, hit the top of one of the stairs got stuck on NOTHING, and no relogging didn't work, came back.. still stuck).......

    srry bout the caps thought it'd get my point across gm's are usless...... ya sure send in a ticket u might get things resolved in TWO MONTHS.

    whats more pathetic is when you submit a ticket they go on assumptions and do not fully read what you submit. I submitted a simple suggestion and got a response about Secret Passage when my ticket was about Nightscream Island.
