Really Need Help And Advice

hi... ive seen many people have thier armours and weapons glow.. i ve always wondered HOW they do. it WHAT type of gems should i use and WHERE can i do that?? where can u get more than 1 socket armour and weapon?????
now i sound like begging ,
im level 21 and growing. but i really wanna know for the future.. ..
pls pls pls pls help ..b:cry

    There is a glow and there is a sparkle.
    A blue glow is on any 3-star weapon. A yellow glow is on mold weapons or gold TT. A green glow is TT (though not all glow green. Some TT80 and 90 daggers glow blue). A red glow is FCC, r6/Sage weapon, or Nirvana.
    Sparkles are from a weapon with 2 g7 (flawless) or higher grade shards (soulgems) in it. Weapons can be made with 2 sockets (with luck) or you can put a second socket in one with Socket Stones at the PWI Boutique Manager next to the Banker in W. Archosaur.
    Socket Stones can be bought from players or made from Tokens of Best Luck at the Boutique Manager. Tokens can be bought from players for around 10k.
    11 tokens make 10 stones.

    And green is the majority of TT gear ;)

    Dont forget that armor glows with

    2 average or higher shards of the same type

    It sparkles with 2 different average or higher

    And it has armor effects with 4 immacs or higher like your lightning for citrines and ice for DoTs and Turqs
