Harrassment in secret passage

ok peeps im sure as any class it can get old being bugged for buffs but sometime we do it anyways. BUT... what about classes that want buffs too much whom cant buff us back in return. im a cleric... so as any cleric would know it gets very old very fast, and everytime people want 1 hour buffs it even costs us a charm tick for each session and if we dont want out charms to tick we still have to use a potion or event food... but they dont care so i come to the conclusion that if classes whom cant buff back should be required to pay coin for them its noones job to buff anyone unless required... and pk'ing does obligate people to buff others because its not a must, it even says when you pk you do so at your own risk. Just today in secret passage i had a random sin ask me for my buffs, i was very nice and said *not being mean but i charge sins 10k for buffs only cause i have to turn off my protections everytime my charm ticks and the fact that sins cannot buff arcanse back in return* she said *aww thats fine* thats no problem nothing wrong with that, then..... i get a pm from another assassin demanding that i not charge her for my buffs or else...* thats right you read it correctly* *He demanded that i give up my buffs or else* he also told me he'd kill me on site simply for having the free will to say no to those whom ask for buffs. last i checked this game isnt a prison hold for us clerics or any class to simply do AS WE'RE TOLD OR BE CHARM TICKED WHERE EVER WE GO and killed on site for not going through the cost it takes us to buff them and we get nothing in return, and when sins are in pk area's even they die quite alot and still come back asking...or in this case...DEMANDING that we buff them or else, last i checked this also violates the terms of service which falls under harassment and is infact bannable. so... if any of you out there have had any issues like this i would strongly suggest taking a screenshot and reporting them so that these overpowered +12 rank9 sins know they cant push others around. do what ever it takes to get the point across to them cause once they get banned for it im sure they wont be demanding **** from anyone after that... that is assuming they dont cry for being a spoiled little brat who chose to go from the class they once loved playing to be a sterio type like most sins who got tired of losing to stealth kills and stuns and decided to reroll cause they cried like wittle babies and wanted to hop on the sin waggon....or should i say...waggon of sin. yes there are very nice people out there playing assassins, not all are spoiled little shyts but to those who are... i pitty you...rerolling to a sin from the class you use to love all because you got tired of losing to them and threw a fit over it and started doing the same thing... i know for a fact that sure, you enjoy the wins of a no brainer class... BUT you still would rather play your old class again, but most are too proud to admit it so to those who wasted a **** load of time rerolling just for compensation... i say it sux to be you ya big baby.

ignoring the wall of text that amounted to a large flame fest about Sins and Secret Passage Harasment, I will say this: If you are a cleric, and you go into Secret Passage for the express purpose of providing buffs here and there... I personally feel it is your right to charge whatever you want to charge for that service. Especially if you have an MP charm equipped while doing so. However, if you go around charging those same prices in non-PVP designated area's, and especially if you charge those same prices in PvE Squads that have requested your services as the main heal, and buffer of the party... you are doing no one a service.

Oh, and for the record.... if you want to compare sheer cost of MP Charm Ticks per buff spell used. Don't even try to complain that the Cleric has it bad. The Mystic beats the Cleric in this department any day of the week. While the Cleric may tick their charm when they buff people with all of their buffs... the Mystic will tick their charm from just one buff alone. Resurrect for the lose.

I love hearing people cry and beg for my buffs... I enjoy going to areas where those people tend to collect asking for buffs and I just laugh at them. They want to harass people for buffs but dont see any fault in killing low levels in SP. Let em CRY... Let them rant... LOVE IT!

Charging for Buffs ? Thats an Classic

It comes up all of sudden and disapear shortly after. Its not bound to any game as long there are healer and buff classes.

The common conclusion most time is like "ppl who carge for buffs are **** and if they dont like to play a buff class they should reroll another class"

And i agree with this.

You can say NO GTFO MY BALLS I DONT THE **** BUFF YOU
You can even PK them for requesting buffs

But charging for buffs ?
Haha good one , wont happen and if you enforce yourself on this path you will certainly entertain some trolls that will like to annoy you while the rest just pity you or ignore you.

if you cant afford the charms, you shouldnt be in SP in the first place. being a cleric is one of the most expensive classes in the game, when it comes to RL money, because we need the to buy charms (....that, or spend time grinding coin to buy pots or searching for herbs to make pots). im not buying anything, no matter how badly i need it, till this mess is resolved, which means my cleric is on vacation till then. and going in SP right now is going to entail having to buff and rebuff the same peoople, as they get killed over and over by the nastards who live there now...so why go and waste money and time?

oh, and when it comes to the class that i find really drains charms, even plats, the fastest, are the Mystics. buffing yourself, and keeping your pet healed alone really sucks it out of that ole charm. if i were to start using more of the other skills of the Mystic, my charm would be gone in no time. shes a great alt to play, but she, like so many here, are stuck, unable to continue with her quests because of the freaking SNAFU over returning the SP to its former state of 'no PKing'. sure, it gives me time to catch up with her other quests that are backlogged, but this situation is just so wrong it boggles the mind.

what a way to run a company. the CEO and board of PWE must have flunked lunch and all the other classes in business school, to mess this up so badly. same for the deves and techs...b:angry

What I got from that is you dislike buffing people as a cleric so much because it drains on MP. Well yes, of course it does. Though why on earth would you go camp in SP if you don't expect to have people ask you for buffs? It's quite silly in my humble opinion. Of course they're going to ask, go in and die eventually, only to come back and yes ask you again...

I've never charged for buffs not even once on my cleric, and I'd played her for 2 years+. But I guess I'm weird and don't mind the MP drain to buff people lol. And they don't need hour long buffs if they're going into SP to pk, Ijs... They probably wont be standing around in there for that long without dying unless they're some +12 R9 anyway.

If you don't like how expensive the class is, you chose the wrong class i'm afraid to say. I used to struggle all of the time to afford MP charms back when all we had were gold charms or to farm herbs to make pots. Or the cheap level 60 pots that do nothing if you're trying to keep a BB up in a dungeon. It wasn't until tokens came around with those lovely lv75 mp pots that life got easier. If it weren't for those I wouldn't be able to keep my mystic constantly happy MP wise... feeding summons mp, giving res buffs as well as DD + healing sucks it all up really fast especially at low levels... I used to think cleric was bad, but trust me, Mystic is FAR worse.

Also... it'd be wise to use a little more punctuation in there... divide it up into a few paragraphs... was really hard to read without that lol. :S Sorry.

LOL, if you don't want to buff people then don't buff them. You're no better than sins by having a classist attitude and pretending as though you know which class someone likes best. Sometimes people don't like a class starting out but later on like it. I used to HATE my assassin. H.A.T.E hate her with a passion. But that's mostly because she was so low level that she was dying a lot and I still wasn't used to her. Now I enjoy her and I'm not bad with her at all. Sometimes it's fun being a more offensive class, clerics are definitely more defensive than offensive. I won't bother PKing in SP even if I could.

I also get annoyed with constant whispers for buffs, but I would just laugh in the comfort of safe zone until the sin that was threatening you got the message. You're also not required to buff people if they aren't in your squad. I mostly don't buff people unless they say "please" and if they ask for one hour buffs I only give it to them if I'm uncharmed and not about to go do something that way my mana can regen on it's own and I don't have to waste a pot. I've had people ask for buffs and told them no because I didn't want to tick my charm. People can understand that, they are expensive. But charging someone because they are a specific class is only going to make people defensive and hostile. It's only going to give you reactions like that. If you don't want to be insulted, don't go around insulting others. Otherwise accept what you're doing and all the consequences that go with it.

I don't PK, dont' give a **** about it.... or TW. But i've NEVER used a charm cept to blow the tiny ones from the stashes lol

Hell i still have the HP charm from the TB chain in my safes on the toons that have em. I just did a full REGULAR FF last night at 68...... NO CHARM, guess what? lived.. held up BB fine too. Then again with barb buff i got about 3450 HP or something. O ya those elixirs and pots from divine quests kinda help lol

I know Sombody is going to come back with the comment of quit QQing but I dont care. I have a 93 Barb, a 80 Cleric, a 70 Sin, and a 41 BM. I spend as much money as the rest in the boutiqe. I play every day on 2 different servers. HOWEVER, I don't appreciate the fact that on Heavens Tear the DEVS have allowed certain high levels to once again find a way to control the game. By opening up PK in SP they have COMPLETELY PREVENTED ANY lower levels to complete the REQUIRED quests in SP. I also know that the response of some people would be to bring a high lvl squad, that will only work if you can bring a high enough squad to kill the mobs or mini bosses and keep the PKers at bay at the same time. My whole point to this rant, even though it will just be the source of entertainment for IDIOTS that PK low lvls in SP, Is why not take PK out of the LOW LVL SECRET PASSAGE and move it to a HIGHER LVL INSTANCE LIKE SADISTIC GLEE, that way at least the lower lvls have a chance to get the quests that they need to achieve the lvls so that they can PK if they so desire. I said before that I know somone will tell me to quit QQing and deal with it so please let me respond before they do and say...BITE ME, KISS MY *** AND SHUT THE HELL UP. Just figure that will save me the response time.

The only QQ on the forums now is the fact they take so DAMN LONG to do anything, if they do anything at all to fix ANYTHING in the first place......

Also, learn to utilize the bold and/or italicize codes. It is much nicer to read than stuff that is TYPED IN CAPS.
