lvl 90 gear

Hi
I'm lowlvl but i started to plan my gear. I know it is not the best refines/shards but it must be cost effective. Question: it is good to get party, or 90+'s will laugh on me? I dont know how much the helm costs, so if it expensive i replace it.
Any suggestion to improve it? ( dont tell me get all items on +12 refine and so on)
4k hp will be enough or i die 1-2 hit from bosses?

    Helm of Grand Elimination does not exist in the game.
    I am Olba. Not Ol, not Baze nor Blaze. And even less would I go by Olblaze. Please, take a second to read a person's username.

    ★Helm of Aqua Viciousness, its on the budget and will require to put +3 to str only. If not the Helm of Lion Spirit is lower lvl but ads to str and dex and you surely can wear it. On the other side search AH, theres 2 and 3 star gear that sometimes are better then the legendary/TT/FC one (or close to them :) eg i had
    ☆☆☆Amulet of Virtue with +15 to dex which was far better then the TT90 prot belt )
