Game is crashing my system

Kalaigh - Sanctuary

Okay so I started having trouble logging onto the game yesterday. The first time I couldnt log on I received some Error but it was all in Computer language code so I have no idea what it said. Then after I retried just after putting in my login information in and clicking on start it restarted my computer. I made another attempt, same thing. So I updated my flash player adjusted the settings, verified the files, verified my DirectX, tried doing a system restore to an earlier restore point, and still same thing. (btw, I retried after updating the flash player and recieved same results.)

My OS is Windows XP
ISP is Qwest
Dont know how to do a traceroute
I have a Dell Desktop
NVidia Graphics card
Wireles Router/Modem
DSL

Also, I have no idea why my avatar displayed on this site is one of a Sanctuary Character, however my main is a 101 cleric on the Harshlands Server. Kalleigh. Is there anyway to change this?

And in case you need to know I use Internet Explorer 7 currently as my Browser. And most recently I have done a Disk clean up and Disk Defrag and ran C Cleaner as well. No better results.
