Chain Skills?

Yeah so this may sound bad coming from a kinda high level..but..whats a chain skill?
Heard something about chains you can use with seekers/mystics..Any one have an example for a mystic/are they for other classes? b:thanks

    What was probably meant was seeker's have 3 buffs they can apply to themselves that give a chance of adding a special status effect to a mob/boss if that skill is successful they then can use of of there other skills (1 for each of the different buffs) and do tons of bonus damage or add a status effect like bleed. The seeker can only have 1 such buff applied to themselves at any given time. Though if 2 or more seekers are in squad they can use different self buffs and still trigger the bonus effect with their own skills when one of the other seekers applied the status effect to the mob/boss.

    My mystic has a skill called absorb soul, which gives a set lvl of damage, but i have another skill who name i have forgotton lol, which if cast first, gives 2X damage when i cast absorb soul, and these 2 skills are nearly always used/chained together during an attack by my mystic.
    We also have another skill which does most damage when targets HP below 60% this skill is usually chained to another skill which does the initail damage to get targets HP below 60%.
    I am not sure if this helps.

    Nature's Vengeance (slows, adds a special status that doubles AS' damage) and Swirling Mist (wood DoT after a target's HP is at 60% or lower)
