Problem with Divine Order quests

In the past at least 6 months, my cleric never got even 1 (one) blue quest from Divine Order, let alone purple quests, while my sin (both 90+) got 3 purple quests and many blue quests. You can't possibly claim it's random, cuz it's a classic textbook example of non-randomness.

That's just if you want to reset for a new draw that day. Each day the list will reset for you.
