APS Issue

I'm posting in technical forum because I believe this to be a glitch of some kind. Correct me if I'm wrong. I recently required level 60 energetic robe, with -.05 int. My base aps went up from 2.0 to 2.22. The problem is when I'm sparked. I'm stuck at 2.86. I can take the robe off or another item with -.05 int and my aps sparked is 2.86 still. Please help I don't understand this. 91 BM demon!

    already been dicusses MANY MANY times already, no its not a bug it is actually correct.
    2.0 and 2.22 base both spark up to 2.86, you need 2.5 base to hit 3.33 and 2.86 base to hit 4.0.

    im honestly lazy atm or id just link one of the many posts explaining how it works, might wanna check the archer forums since it almost always seems to be full of math equations.
