ZEN - GOLD transfer messed up

I need an answer from GM please!!!
already submitted ticket but they couldnt help me thereb:angry
purchased 200$ I then transfered 10000 zen first, but the site was messing up and so I thought the transfer was not successful so i clicked it again.
then after few minutes i found out that the transfer was completed but there were two transaction completed (10000 zen + 10000 zen) when I log into game I got only 100GOLD b:cry
so what I did was to transfer the ramaining 1300 zen hoping that it will come up with the last transaction...waited for a day...relogged 100 times but no luck b:shocked
if you guys can't credit it to my account then better refund it...I need my r8 now or else i'll have to wait for months again....b:surrender

Ive charged 100$ and paypal says transaction is complete and in my billing history is says completed as well..problem is my zen balance is still at 0 .what happen to my zen was supposed to be 10600?
