UI on PW Philippines and PWI...Confused

Hello. Recently we have moved back to the Philippines so I had to change from International games to the Philippine version. To tell you the truth I don't a character in PWI but this year, I started playing PW Philippines...I was watching some videos on youtube and found some different UI(User Interface) on their versions which made me a bit jealous. b:chuckle They had an appealing UI while we had a UI which looks outdated. I just need to make sure if we will be getting that kind of UI or if it is available to that game version only. Heres a picture of the current UI in PW Philippines. Take note that we haven't received the latest patches so the EarthGuard classes are not yet out.b:cry
