Forgot Email used to play game

Not the email for this acount, my archers acc(TimesEnd) is banned so i cant log on him to recover my email through support, ive sent a ticket and it never got back to me, ive tried all my email addresses and ive found nothing. is there anyway i can find out how to get my email address used to create that acc? Ticket system is unreliable...Ty is advance. I have user name and password and all the necessary stuff to confirm it's me
