Wine is a program which translates Windows commands issued by programs into Unix commands, allowing a Windows-based program to run on a Linux system. Wine can be found here: http://www.winehq.org/

Wine has a database of programs filled with user experiences, and Perfect World is marked as gold (Works flawlessly with some setup tweaks). http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=9923

It's mostly used by Linux users, so the information there may or may not be useful to you (I do not use Mac).

In addition to what Jeigo said, you can also give WineBottler a try too which is basically Wine but a prepacked, UI friendly version. Mac OSX is essentially GNU/Linux but with a friendly GUI and a locked down but identical kernel so Wine/WineBottler should run flawlessly on it.
