Why is there a technical support forum?

No mod or gm answers a thing here. Totally usless section to hide the problems from the real forum. Jones Blessing broke now going on 10 weeks and not even a reply from a mod!!!

The forum is here for player to help other players for the most part. For issues that require a GM's assistance you submit a ticket.

And that's just a couple of recent ones. You never know when the solution to your issue may be something that someone else has encountered, or has knowledge of.
