anniversary prizes

There was an anniversary prize for everyone who registered a few months/years ago. My registration is almost 3 years old, so i should've got hypers and a mount and fashion. I chose which character should get the rewards, but never got anything. I checked the post box and my inventory, but there is nothing...
However I did not login for a few weeks now.. could that be a problem?

Please let me know what to do to get my rewards!

    You'll probably have to wait a month like me. I can't even select a character to send them to. Opened a ticket on Sept 2, still no valid response. (on the 6th they sent mounts to two toons I haven't even logged into in 2 years.) Still waiting for a fix. >.<
