Just a quick question, If I make an Eye of the Jungle belt on my main, is it possible to account stash it over to an alt?

    No. The lowest tier one is not stashable.

    Only the higher grade jungle belts (such as the first belt + 12 more Stones of the Jungle) are stashable (and tradable like any normal item).
