whats the str cap for wizards now days. i used to get told a long time ago it was 52 but i see mold arcane hats that need way more then 52 str to wear

    if a hat needs more than that, it's not arcane hat.

    PS: someone got that arcane lvl 105 hat? that needs 57, true.
