There's a point at which these simply become ridiculous.
197 days to open if I stop doing TT.
70.92 M coins if sold to merchant that can't be accessed.
WTB unlimited fairy box opening or a reduced sell to npc value (20k each would be fair).

It's why when I do them, I duel account it so I can pick them up with 2 characters, I don't even play the game properly, just when x2 is on I bother to farm TT a bit simply for them, dang good source of income getting 720k doing pretty much nothing, it's pretty much got me enough cash for R8 if I want it.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Fairy box is just a new money daily for me. I still have boxes from the last 2x, plus the ones I have from this 2x now.
Just like Renza on dual account method, I gain 72 mirages a day since I farm with my cleric alt.
As long as its in 1 stack, I don't really care how much I have...[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

260k is the highest I ever reached and I broke every single piece of gear to test the limits and disprove barbs QQing over 400k repair bills.

WOW u must have some really crappy gear then. i have had 260k repair bills from just 3 waves of rb for BH, and NONE of my gears was broken.0

Repair cost is a function of the armor's npc value. You don't have to break every piece, just add up the npc price of all your gears. (Real fun to see claw price going down as you attack)

Five lvl 70+ alts, one lvl 100 main, they each get 36 mirages/day. It comes down to 2.160.000 coin/day for the 30 minute effort to get all your alts 6 fairy boxes/each, even on non-2x drops. F*ck merchanting, seriously.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Ya that's what he means. Cause you can only OPEN SIX PER ACCOUNT..
So if he opens 6 x 6 , it's 6 accounts. I tried, I ran on my 101 bm, 96 barb, 88 clerc (same account) and after getting 6 (or more) boxes on one of them, others coudnt open.. And yeah thy all have that culti done, it's the "Limit reached" or something message I get.
Although, if he had all those accounts before rule came into effect to own just 2, he's perfectly legal, to dual log any of those 2 , as long as it's not 3 at same time.
As for 70 mils "in bank" like that, I would die to have that.
And 600k repairs in an hour ? From fully repaired to 600k repairs in an hour ? Nah not even R9 costs that much , except if *cough* goon *cough*. And I dunno about personnal experience cause 1 : I don't goon, 2 : I don't even plan on rank gear, but I play around 8 hours on this char a day, grinding with sometimes near 8-10 mobs on me or tanking some bh/blackhole/other bosses in 1/2 tt99 and I don't even reach that per week. 1 hour aoe grinding lvl 107 physical mobs in hell costs me "maybe" 30k , depending how many I take on me at a time..Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle0 -

It's easy, bro. Make five more accounts and powerlevel a 'sin to 70 on each of those accounts. Then stealthomgwtflol straight to the bosses in 2-1 solo mode, with one alt at a time. Eeasiest 12.960.000/5days yet.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

XD. That doesn't xD sound like a bad idea.b:laugh. Oh shoot i just remembered xD arent they going to nerf fairy boxes because of this XD method. I better enjoy while i sitll can. I believe Fairy Boxes have already been nerfed. Chintien in 1-x no longer drops Fairy boxes at all, not in single mode, not in squad mode. The ingame encyclopedia even shows this, and I tested it out myself with multiple runs of each, the boss hasn't dropped a single box in any run I've done recently. I also noticed a general lower Fairy box count in tt overall. Despite the 2x drops, I did a few solo 1-1 squad runs about a week ago, and got: 1 from Soulbanisher; 1 from Vipenalt. 1 from Percussion, and one of the times, 2 from Percussion. One of the runs, I got 1 from Percussion and none from any other boss. Add on that Soulbanisher and Vipenalt drop no greens in 1-1, and it has become inefficient to solo 1-1 squad mode now, when I can make a lot more in 2-x or 3-1 solo, and in less time. Of course, even those seem to have diminished returns lately; before the 2x even I was gettign 3-4 fairy boxes per boss in 2-x and 3-x single, and in the past week or so I've been getting 1-2 per boss in the same instances. During the 2x, this doesn't make much sense.0 -

i think the OPs main point is that trying to opening those boxes over a course of 197 days which is a good few months is a utter waste of life for just 70mill. it honestly not "free" money when u have to wait that long. and making 5+ accounts all 7x is also a waste of time.
i mean id love to have 70mill in my pocket to, but **** having to wait 197 days just to get it. u can probally earn double-tripple that from merchanting in that ammount of time.0 -
