How do I unbind (and destroy) binded equipment?

I bought some stuff from event shop and it's wasting my space. How do i destroy them? Or which NPC do I go to to unbind that destroys them in 3 days (or so I've heard)?

    There are various NPC that does that.
    My favourite one is Traveling Vendor in Etherblade.
