Error Message

I haven't been on since last weekend, so today when I opened the game I updated the patch like normal. After it was finished I clicked the start button and instead of getting the log in screen i get this weird error pop up of symbols and letters. Does anyone know what this is and how can I fix it?

    Do you think it would be possible for you to...

    A. Post a screenshot of the issue.

    B. Tell us what Operating system you have.

    C. Give us some detailed system specifications.

    D. Post the output of a dxdiag scan.


    Without any/all of those things, we're just shooting in the dark. You would have better luck trying to buy a car with a bag of bottle caps.
