Tiger Event Reward Glitch

Ok, i submitted a support request, and the GM said to post here. (havent i heard this before?)

Did a tiger event, got high enough to place, got more than 2000 contrib, only to get the horn, and no packs. ive got a SS to prove it, GMs have seen it. Anyone else get this prob?

    It's happened to me once, it's a pretty...stupid glitch to say the least.

    *few months later, PWI puts rank8/9 into the CS insanely cheap, raising gold 1mill+*

    A facmate, a few weeks ago, had something similar - Did good, but before he could get his reward, he dc'd, and then the reward option from the mailbox was gone.
