Ram?

The RAM req doubled since last i played.. I only have 512mb, is it possible to get on..?

    It likely doubled due to the more graphics intensive areas they added, which is the tideborn lands and the earthguard lands. If you stay out of those you may be able to play.

    Are you talking about system ram or video ram?
    What are your system specs?
    What OS are you running?
    How does it compare to the "System Requirements" that are stated clearly on the Download Page?

    If you follow the last question you can likely discover the answer for yourself.
    Otherwise, follow the second two questions and someone here may actually provide you with a valid response based on reading the information that is referenced in the third question.

    Yes it would still be possible to connect and play. However, performance will be terrible at the best. I think you can forget being around West Arch most of the times.

    If I were you I'd try saving up for a new computer which can't really be that expensive. Usually for 600 ~ 800 dollar you can get a decent system which would work nicely for the next couple of years :)
