Core Connect - no updates

Hey there,
hope this is the right section.
i want to know if other players have the same problem like me and maybe a solution.

i play 2 chars, booth have no core connect update since april/may this year.
im missing a lot archivements and also got no new.
the same problem has my girlfriend.

since there is actual an aniversary special of 3xpoints, im very unhappy that we get nothing new and all points since april are lost too.

i wrote a ticket on 9.9.11 and got today no answer, ticket changed meanwhile to "work in progress", but i would like to know if other player had the same problems like us.

Most of us probably do, and at least half of us that do just quit playing with it.

They claim Core is in Beta, but by industry standards, it would appear to still be in the Aplpha stages. I also believe that they only have two or three trained monkeys working on the web development team. AND those couple of monkeys are working on the sites for all of the PWE games at one time.

I opened a ticket on not being able to select a character for the Anni reward back on 9/2 and it still sits out there, unanswered, stating work in progress.

Also remember, GM's don't work weekends.
