Hi guys before u all shout its not possible etc etc it obviously is because its happened to very a good friend of mine. They logged off their account came on the next day toons were in a different place and virtually everything on the accounts were gone. Have since seen the person we think is responsible trying to sell his high valued items in Wc and yes we know they are his items as he knew who crafted them all and they were of a very high refine so not the usual stuff u see flying about. Ticket has been sent in and screenies have been taken of every item this person is trying to sell. My question is and I know im probably wasting my time but is there anyway PW can see transactions on an account ? I know in other games ive played its possible to see everything thats left an account who it was sold/traded with ect and am wondering if thats possible with pw. Thinking its not as they dont seem to think logically or about players safety just about their wallets.

No, I'm afraid that there isn't anything visible like that for the players.

It sounds like you've already done everything you should regarding the situation, so you'll just have to wait for support to get back to you at this point. PWE only has a skeleton crew working support on the weekends, so it will be more likely to happen after the weekend is over.

Not suprised but thank you for the reply. Actually had another friend also had the same problem recently so very concerned about security within pw and wonder why on earth there is not way to track transactions like there are in other games ive played to prevent this kind of thing happening. Very frustrating when you see someone selling the gear you worked ur butt off to get selling it in wc and theres nothing or no support within the game to help.

The actual PW staff can track transactions made in game from personal trades, to purchases/sales made via player shops, purchases/sales via NPC shops, AH transactions, cash shop transactions, even straight down to dragon orb usage. In short, the GMs can track everything that a player says and does in game, IF they wanted to. What will probably happen, if anything at all, is they'll trace the IP activity over the weekend and look for anything that may be out of the ordinary and go from there. Don't be surprised if it takes about a week to get everything situated; and if everything pans out fairly, the culprit should get a ban, but then again, this is PWI we are talking about.

Thanks so much for the reply Lady and my friend does realise that it will take time like i said before its just really annoying seeing ur gears being sold in wc and u cant do anything about it.
