I cant send tickets nor track the old ones.

One week ago I sent a ticket and I havent had any news from it so far. No mails about it and everytime i wanted to get into the support section in my account I got this message on screen:

So i decided to send another ticket about that, but everytime i wanna send a new ticket i keep getting the same message.

What can i do? Im perfectly logged in my account. I tried erasing cookies and cleaning up everything change browsers and still not working. Im currently on google chrome and IE 7.

Im desperated. Please help.
