each story will be be at least 4 pages long

    If you want someone to pay you, you need to show a sample of your work. Not just, "I'll write you a story with questionable quality." FYI.

    This'll never fly. Seriously even if you proved yourself I doubt anyone wants a short story written about their character by an unknown. Maybe if you wrote a good fanfiction (good being the keyword there) and offered to include characters for coin then MAYBE you might get somewhere.
