Where are the +11 and 12 orbs??

I just charged zhen to get a couple of +11 orbs, and log in to see no +11 orbs at all... what happened? b:cry, I sometimes cant log in on weekdays due my work/studies, and when I finally can do it, and even charge zhen, I get this slap on my face from PWI staff...

Never going to charge real money into this game again ever, the least I expected was false advertising b:surrender

Edit: yea already checked all the threads talking abou it, sorry for making another topic of the same, I did not know that the sale was canceled and lol at Frankie again making lame excuses on the spot.

You should have used to it by now, PWI loves to shaft its suckers, ups i mean clients.
