normal attack

i don't know if i'm the only one having this problem.
i usually first use tackling strike-->spark burst--> normal attack (on my sin)
but sometimes i skip an "normal" attack, but i get bloodpaint heal for that one missing attack. And later after the mob is dead i see a number poping on the screen from that missing attack

i know its kinda confusing.

    Maybe its lag? Sometimes data packets take a while to go from your computer to the server, then back with the outcome of your attack, also , at times they arrive out of order. It's the only thing that comes in my mind relating to what you see.

    well yah maybe, i've 60 ping and 63 fps

    but how can i make my ping/fps better? any settings change?

    Actually that's fairly ideal for an MMO. You really aren't going to get much better than that without being on the other side of the companies firewall and directly connected to the server. That is an amount of lag that's quite nearly insignificant and it's really only affecting the display of the details on your screen.
