Icebournes Vs Sapphire Gems

ok let's say someone has a rank9 +12 wep is the difference between 2 Icebournes or 2 Sapphires (+50 magic attack) make a huge difference? Or can that money be used somewhere else, I keep getting mixed reviews on it but never had the Icebournes to test.
If so, could I get an estimate on really how much more it helps?

    Just get the icebournes. They're practically the same cost as a garnet gem.b:bye Sun

    This is something I'd like to know as well. For such a huge price gap 50 seems like a small difference at least compared to how much a weap and rings give. Guess it is the only way to optimize your gear though, and I don't think it'd be that big of a deal to people who can afford gear worth putting it in. But I guess we are pretty lucky that sapphs are so cheap compared to garnets. b:shutup
