    After submitting a ticket about a problem I was having in game, I had a GM show up 2 or 3 days in a row when I was doing FF runs. Sometimes, it was at very inconvenient times lol!! Yes, they do exist. Not enough tho.. Wish there was 1 on all servers 24 hours a day.
