ZEN charging rewards problem

I have been purchasing ZEN since I started in June this year and only recently found out about charging rewards only to find that not only can I not get the rewards for the cash I spent back in June but also no further purchases are registered in the rewards section.

As you would expect I have raised a trouble ticket for this anomally.
